Amazing how easy it is for people with your type of "intelligence" to ignore the fact that the law you reference specifically prevented the President from using any US Military to achieve any Iraq "Liberation".

It took "back room deals cooked up by neocons" and lies by Bush and his administration to pull off the Iraq "Liberation" and its carnage.

Bill Clinton signed into law the "Iraq Liberation Act of 1998" on Oct 31, 1998, so please don't insult my intelligence and make these ridiculous claims that the invasion of Iraq was some back room deal cooked up by neocons and GWB.

"The Act specifically refused to grant the President authority to use U.S. Military force to achieve its stated goals and purposes..."
