"The Lazy Man's Way to the Presidency".

When I daydream a Presidential campaign, the first thing I want to do is avoid getting involved in the present scrum. If you can't get into the campaign as a top rung candidate, don't run. If you are a top rung, don't do what everyone else is doing. It will wear you out and ruin you. Just too many ways to make a mistake.

No, I don't think so, JDN. He may be one of the best and decent men who we have seen in some time....The cost of running for President is will over $100,000,000 each candidate, is it not? I don't think Mr Fred wants to spend anywhere near that amount. By letting the media speculate (for free) for half a year, and getting free publicity, as well as cutting the advertising budget in half at the same time, tells me that maybe there is hope yet....

I'm going to just stand back and watch things unfold for awhile....I like him, or what we know of him so far. But then I like Rudy too. And Mitt seems like he's been a pretty able administrator in MA....so it will be interesting to see how things unfold.
