Not bearish; just game plan calls for minimizing risk. Had a terrific two years and would like to move on to new goals by investing less, percentagewise. Looking at two years of osx its hard to say if this is a 05 or 06 summer, or something entirely different than the two years. I plan to keep a good size chunk o bucks in the market but not anywhere near what i've had in the past.

The Sierra Club and interested environmentalists, who traveled from Yuma to Phoenix to speak during the open meeting, spoke against the plan.

Strange being on the same page as the eco freaks (for quite different reasons), but in this case, I'd agree. California's energy future is in the choke hold of loony toons, and adjacent states would be wise to divorce themselves from CA, energy wise, in every way possible, IMO..
