Btw, the Black Caucus is not a business establishment like a restaurant or something.

Its a body that consists of members of our congress, and which has a direct influence on the actions of our government. If there is any justification for infringement against individual freedom of association, its much stronger when your dealing with the government then when you are dealing with privately owned establishments.
