My notion has been that DSCO will get beyond the stability issue with Surfaxin. There has not been much if any public disclosure on this issue from what I have seen, but I can guarantee that those participating in the DD for the recent secondary have seen the data. I took on a significant position primarily over an 8-12 month ago time frame, and now am roughly 40% decreased in my position. My current concern beyond the stability issue is the substantial dilution that has taken place. Any other views out there? BJ
