"That is just a restatement of your fall back position, namely that if it has not been proven in a court of law it is not true." Its not a restatement of anything I've said. It is simply lying about what my position is and has been in this argument, by assigning a position to me that I have never held and declaring yourself to have a better position than you are assigning to me because you 'believe' it to be true. It is a very dishonorable way of telling yourself you are right and you know it because you believe it and it doesn't matter what the facts are, and anyone who can't understand that is just stupid. tsk.
