"It is YOU who has an unreasonable standard of proof. I have not founded my comments on any requirement of legal proof. That has been your assertion about me more than once that is unfounded. I have pointed out that your allegations are founded only upon what you have established as your beliefs about the situation. I have pointed out that there is a significant body of evidence that is unbiased and that does not support your allegation. You have declared your position to be founded upon intelligence. I simply pointed out that an intelligent position is founded upon reason applied to substantial facts and evidence. Substantial facts and evidence exist in contradiction to your allegation. Your allegation is neither proven true or false. It is however a belief, not an intelligently reasoned allegation based on substance and factual evidence . "I didn't call you any names. That accusation is FALSE. You declared your conclusion that I lack intelligence, which is not founded upon any reliable information, thus it is an unfounded assertion about my character and or ability. Not a false accusation at all on my part.
