Tell you what. You use one of his Torture Machines and tell me how it works. Rube Goldberg in Black Robes is about what this guy is. The average near death individual needs someone to hold his hand, wipe his ass and reposition him, and make sure he is not in pain. His greatest hope is to see his wife or grand kids one last time. Death is no big deal it just takes a while. But there are some people who are really fked up and they might dig one of DD contraptions. Fact is....if you have the money for a good doctor and home hospice care you can store up enough morphine to off yourself whenever you want. This is the great American secret. People off themselves every damn day, and with the indirect complicity of their doctors. But it is a rich man's sport. The poor got to get in line and suffer their way to the end. It is not a moral issue, it is pure economics. On the last great bus out out of town the poor man still sits at the rear.
