Foreclosures are building with dropping prices. At some point it will really slow/stagnate the market as foreclosure processing is increasing. Houses are in Limbo.

The 3rd wave (down) in home prices will accelerate when these foreclosures are increasingly unleashed on the market. Prolly starting late this year and next.
