They were flying planes. They have nothing to do with "torture." Why should these nice fellows be allowed to sue anyone in the USA? If they are the enemy, I would not give them the time of day, much less a day in court. "Uh excuse me, I hate you, your country, your God, I am required by my religion to kill you, but because you keep me in a dog cage I want to sue you in your own courts." Who would represent such scum, why the Godless ACLU themselves. This is no surprise. So much BS.
