I have a small drive. We have an association in my neighborhood (just for rules like not leaving your car outside, always having your garage door shut, making sure grass gets cut before it reaches 5 inches etc etc) and they hire guys to plow certain areas. SO at the start of the year I always go over and meet the guys who plow - give them a 12 pack and $100.00 and they plow my drive all winter. They're cool guys and for 100.00 it helps me out a lot. They'd probably do it just for beer but if you take care of them they take care of you.
