I don't think the democrats are well organized at all. Thats just how I see it though. The White House is theirs to lose in 08 and I think they're currently not doing as good as people would thing given the way the middle east situation is going.

<<How much better would we have ben off if Gore and Kerry had been in charge? MUCH better. For one thing we wouldn't be in Iraq.>>

Thats a hypothetical that neither of us can answer. But I remember rumblings from various democrats in the late 90's / early 00 that George Bush senior made a mistake by not going all the way in Iraq in 1991. I remember Clinton supporting the decision to go into Iraq and I recall him saying he thought they had WMD's. Those remarks will be brought out in 08 and it will be enlightening for those democrats who have been denying that any of that was ever said. I've been honest in saying I'm not thrilled with Bush but I'm smelling an upset in an election that the democrats should walk away with.

What we all should be doing rather than taking the 2 party system bait is to be looking for a candidate that can unite the country, fix the debt situation, fix SS and not give a damn about party or party loyalty.
