Vicious libelous attacks such as Crimson Ghost's are fine, apparently. Since you made up something, I might as well respond, though I'm not going to give more than a half-hearted effort because swarms of people go at it all day every day and there's nothing new for me to write. It was the "We will buy this land" rule. The sellers sold. <Which rule said that the Palestinians had to move off their land to make way for European Jews? I believe it was the "might is right" rule. > The new owners wished to move in. The tenants had to vacate. It's a modern concept, but very workable. Lower primates don't have such arrangements. They just have possession, which can be defended, or can't. For many decades, that's the way the Zionist process worked. Then, the Germans, French, British and Russia got to warring, along with the Ottoman Empire and others who all seemed to join in. Pogroms against Jews have been popular in many countries. In Arabia, pogroms became popular too. I guess you have seen how many Jews were violently killed and otherwise evicted from their properties across Arabia and elsewhere. That was "might makes right". Many of them emigrated to Israel, being one of the few places on the planet they could go. When WWI and WWII resulted in big bust ups and the Ottoman Empire dissolution, it left the British running Palestine more or less. The UN decided that Israel should be formed as a political entity within the old Ottoman Empire. Other countries were also formed. The Arab countries decided that wasn't a good thing and had already been attacking new owners of property in murderous sprees. As had been happening in Iraq and elsewhere. The Arabs decided to conduct a war against Israel to conquer the Jews and finish off what Adolf and co started. They lost. Then lost again. And again. And again. Since the Arabs chose dog eat dog and might makes right, they should hardly complain that they are dispossessed. That's how it goes. Bad luck for them. Maybe if they tried civilization instead, as the Germans and Japanese did after enormous defeats, they would do quite well, like Germany, Japan and Singapore which adopted capitalist ways instead of the current Palestinian philosophies. The Palestinians and other Arabs chose the Might is Right rule. They lost. Serve them right. Mqurice
