What amazes me is that democrats aren't scurrying to try and bring Bush voters into their camp. I'm not happy about the way things have gone. That doesn't mean I think Bush is terrible - he just hasn't done some of the things I believe our party stands for. Knowing how close the last two elections have been I would think democrats would be trying to bring republicans into the fold but they aren't. So even when we have common ground about how things have been run they still go on the attack and alienate middle of the road republicans. At least Bill Clinton was smart enough to talk the talk that would bring moderates his way. This crew is out to lunch and I think they may blow what should be an 08 lock for them
