I think that your plan is quite inspired and genuinely humanitarian. However, the Bush Plan is more efficient, taking into account the needs of the Military Industrial Complex, and quite simple: 1 Just KILL 26 MILLION Iraqis 2 Use up your Inventory of Military Hardware & munitions 3 Require the purchase of new, higher tech gear at higher prices 4 Get the oil for free 5 Give it to Big Oil 6 By the time they have paid us (the Administration) off, THEY IS US! No need to build gucking theme parks, rebuild Iraq or any of that crap. No Siree. What do you think made America Great? Namaste! Jim
