Well your foreclosure rates sure aren't crashing. California came out of nowhere and blew by Michigan to take the lead in foreclosures recently. California is pulling away rapidly. The numbers coming out in about 10 days should be very interesting.

FWIW I expect Florida to also leave Michigan in the dust in this next report. No end in sight for either Florida or California as ARM's were heavily used. Foreclosure rates are not likely to start dropping until April 2009, when the 2 year resets have all occurred.
