Guiliani won't win. The country isn't looking for a tough cop. That's the only thing Guiliani has ever proven he can be. What we need now is a healer, a uniter, a progressive centrist voice, someone to get us the hell out of Iraq and kill terrorists at the same time, balance our budgets, say no to the Bushie corporate gougers, get us off oil and give us a gradual sort of national health care that brings down costs and takes some of the profiteering out of it.

Saying "no" to corporate interests is not something Guiliani has ever been known for. He is also way too in with the Bush crowd. To this day Guiliani claims Bush did the right thing in Iraq. That disqualifies him. He is also a lobbyist for Hugo Chavez and big pollutors. How do you like them apples?

Plus, on the personal side he married his own cousin, divorced her at a press conference without telling her first, has mob ties, lived with a gay man, has had three marriages, likes to dress up like a woman and be photographed doing do. The videos are all over the internet. He may even be bi-sexual. Or just curious. Seriously. Plus, why didn't Guiliani tell Bush to do something after the 8-6-01 warnings of imminent Al Qaida attack inside the US? Was Guiliani out of the loop?

I disagree. I agree with Paul Krugman who says: When Rudy Giuliani says that Iran, which had nothing to do with 9/11, is part of a “movement” that “has already displayed more aggressive tendencies by coming here and killing us,” he should be treated as a lunatic.

Lucky for him, there was term limit for Mayor of New York - New Yorkers were going to kick him out of office in 2004. The real reason he dropped out of the Senate race against Hillary was because he was going to lose anyway. New Yorkers got to know Rudy and they got to dislike him just as his children got to dislike him. His daughter would not speak to him. He had to sneak into her high school graduation ceremonies without her acknowledging that he was there. She used her mother's name to get into Harvard.

His marital problems make the Clintons marriage look good.

where a candidate is from really matters to you?

more so than their individual ideas?

what an "enlightened" point of view!
