How lovely. Thanks. At this time in my life, I am confronting what mothers must have gone through when we were dependent on them. Now the role is hardly reversed since mothers clearly have the advantage of experience, but it has its similarities. Whatever happened to McKuen, anyway? I have several volumes of his poems, and several albums of his poems sung as lyrics by Glenn Yarbrough. I met Yarbrough in Juneau, and he refused to admit that anyone was old enough to have attended one of his concerts as a member of the Limeliters. However, I WAS there, and will never forget it.
