Probably Salt Spring, out Beaver Point way, he's had a place there since the sixties or early seventies ... lots of musicians around there then, Chilliwack famously but many more ... he is neighbours with the fellow who was my accountant for years, and not far from my source of apple trees [www.appleluscious.com], if he had moved i'd have heard about it ... he has always spent a fair bit of time on the road, plays festivals all over ... in the early eighties the Fulford pub was new, there was kind of a team spirit going, many musicians used to drop in and jam, especially friday and saturday nights, he was often there ... it was great, really a jam, got pretty wild sometimes, everybody in the place would be thumping on something or humming or singing
