Here's some news

I haven't smoked since yesterday...it just hurt too damn much. I have to make it this time. I've got a patch on now and the doc said he had some new anti smoking meds. I'll try the meds if I need them but cross your fingers for me. I'll keep everyone in the loop and if I fail I'll be honest. Keep kickin my butt each day and reminding me that I'm a former smoker

When is your dentist appointment? Don't forget the ice. Take it from someone that's been where you have been 17 times already. Ice is your best friend when you get the root canal done. 20 minutes on, 20 minutes off for the first 24 hours. Between the narcotics, you can take one or two regular over the counter advil to help with swelling and pain control until your next dose of the stronger stuff.
