Why was Zarqaui wearing a mask???? His face was well known. Surely, he'd want to underline his responsiblity for the act. Zarquai also had a tattoo on his hand with dots, which was missing from the executioner's hand in the video.

No heads were cut off at Abu Ghraib. They dressed him like an Abu Ghraib prisoner because his execution was supposed to be revenge for Abu Ghraib - they said so on the tape. You can't really tell what kind of watch the executioner is wearing. The terrorists didn't look different from ordinary Arabs in body size or shape. Why did they pick an anti-war liberal victim? First he was a Jew. Second he was American. Liberal defense of our enemies and sympathy for them is despicable. But undeniable.
