Sounds as though you are truly fortunate to have such abundance about.

I see surprisingly few owls in my area but did once get freaked by one that took off from a perch about 3 ft above my head.!!

I hold a fair bit of Leeward and agree that this last month of consolidation should provide a strong launching pad if we are given enough positive drill results. Thanks for the chart update.
