Relax, the guys who controlled world's finance health -for their own benefit, mind you- are losing that very capacity to exercise that control.

In fact the controllers moved the levers to trigger those crises to gorge in the money flying to "safety".

Like Paul Volcker did when he jacked up interest rates. Or Like AG trying to de-rail China

Should an event trigger a rush to get out the door among investors in some market, it could prove to be very difficult to know one's own position, much less to know that of a counterparty. If everyone were to go into a defensive crouch, it could be the fall of 1998 all over again.

He's basically saying: If I go from here to where I go to? If you do harm there, am I not shooting my own foot?
That kind of question.

Meanhile Lula was saying:

"Big countries have to sit and bargain with us... We do not need lessons, we can teach them (developed countries)," Lula, who is on a visit to India, said at a joint luncheon meeting hosted by apex business chambers.
