Good for RG....... Romios says Copper Canyon not worth the price 2007-06-05 15:49 ET - News Release Mr. Tom Drivas reports ROMIOS CONFIRMS THAT IT ABANDONED MERGER WITH COPPER CANYON RESOURCES LTD. Romios Gold Resources Inc. is clarifying the news in Stockwatch issued by Romios Gold and Copper Canyon Resources Ltd. on June 4, 2007. Romios made the decision to abandon the transaction having completed its due diligence review of the Copper Canyon property and making the determination that the underlying value of the Copper Canyon property did not support the share exchange ratio of 1.5 shares of Romios for each one share of Copper Canyon and that it was not in the best interests of the shareholders of Romios to proceed with the transaction.
