Do you think the SEACC will rebound with hydrostatic effect, or will they be placated by a change in plans of Coeur? I don't think the ACE was one side or the other. I don't think the company are being totally brown either, but I think they have an eye on the bottom line. I suspect the SEACC as does the co. of being intransigent and I don't know if they are sincere that the dry stack method is what they want.. or do they want to kill all mining.. if the judge saw that was their intent he should have rejected it. I daresay he was being biased since he allowed their claim. EC<:-}
