You may well be right JP, but a financing of $60M would, IMHO, result in an effective change in control since the O/S is only 9.4 million shares.

In Canada when there is an implied change in control of a public company does it not require an SGM, and shareholder approval? I'm sure not complaining, just interested in the underlying factors driving this one higher.

Maybe they plan on doing a $20 financing :-). Sure would be nice to see another AUR.
