You think he even knows what happened to confederate prisons in up state New York ?

who was the yankee general who took away all the blankets of confederate soldiers there in the winter, since he lives in Albany he should know how cold it gets there.

you think he knows how yankees soldiers shot into tents and cabins of confederate prisoners for fun to see how many they could kill ?

Wouldn't have taken over a minute to discover the facts. William Sherman even chaired the congressional investigation that found Forrest acted to save the wounded of Fort Pillow and had no dealings with the KKK.

Of course ted thinking there were no slaves in the north makes you wonder what lefties are teaching in the schools...

Forrest lent his name to the KKK.......too late, he realized they had become extremists who were killing blacks. However, he did know from the get go that it was a violent org. dedicated to sending northerners packing. He was a slave trader. He led a garrison that attacked Fort Pillow and massacred the Union soldiers who were in the fort.

Where is the link supporting your comments re. Sherman and his Fort Pillow findings?
