That is a different topic. I don't mind admitting when I don't know something. I am in no way qualified to say what would be good to do with oil. I'm not even sure its good to use it for auto fuel, but I will keep using it until or unless someone convinces me I have a better option. What is or isn't fair about who gets what oil is way over my head. I'm not dodging your question, I simply don't know anything about the rights and wrongs of oil possession. Maybe someone who understands the global oil business can answer it for you.
