I think I saw somewhere that a BK double whopper with cheese was enough calories and fat grams for 2 peoples daily intake. Hey lets super size it baby! I know personally that shopping the outer rim of the store and avoiding the center aisles for all but soaps and such and not eating anything that I can buy at a drive up window has made losing my weight and now even though injured and not exercising keeping what I've lost off a whole lot easier.
