You mean like they caught the first WTC bombers before they could explode a truck in the garage and they caught those 10 hijackers before the could take control of the plane? And like the British police caught the Underground bombers before anyone got hurt? And .... How many incidents do you ant here that approach DIDN'T work? And isn't it people like you who are always screaming about any increase in police powers aimed at doing just that- -catching those guys FIRST? The dots that need connecting are ones right at top of the pointy heads of people like you.
