If GM was planning 5 years ahead, they could meet California CAFE standards. And maybe Canada. And even China. How many people there want to buy cars? Their solution will be to make cars that pass the requirements of other countries so they will buy Chinese cars so more people will make Chinese cars... Sounds like a good idea.
