But you haven't 'explained' anything yet! (So, don't see how you could possibly be 'sick about it' yet.) Throw WHO a bone???????????? (It's a big complicated bill... reputed as long as the Bible in verbiage. It's got whole HOSTS of opponents and supporters, 'liberals', 'conservatives', 'business'... individuals, citizens and foreigners... all over the place --- both opposing and supporting it.) It is LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE for anyone to know who you were suggesting that the bill is 'throwing a bone to', since you never even hinted at who you meant to refer to... so 'paying attention' won't help any --- unless the reader has ESP....
