I am a little surprised that the volume in the HB's isn't considerably stronger. With higher interest rates it appears the "games" are being reigned in but large block selling hasn't happened...yet.

Certainly the funds holding these stocks can see the writing on the wall...

Wait until all those ARM holders get their CountryWide Loan statement this month (on their first AND second mortgages). There's going to be a lot of people deciding it's cheaper to rent.
