Its kind of hard to do all this by myself.

No it's not. Try doing this with two kids at home age 2 and under with your spouse out of the country for 10 days. Diapers need changing, kids need baths, food, etc. Lots of bending and lifting, screaming and toys flying through the air.

Buddy, you need to just cowboy up!
