SCMR still needs to close above its July 20 H of $4.35

It filed this week its 10K, in which some of the comments were:

The acquisition of Eastern Research will increase their customer base, expand addressable markets, and broaden their customer offerings.

Total revenue for 2007 was $156.0M, an increase of 79% compared to 2006.
Total revenue for 2006 was $87.4M, an increase of 34% compared to 2005.
Net loss for 2007 was $13.2M compared to net income for 2006 of $19.4M.
The net loss for 2007 includes acquisition related charges of $12.4M for in-process research and development and asset impairment charges of $17.3M.(A total of $29.7M of charges.<g>)
Eastern Research's OX8000 product was in the development stage on the date of acquisition and there were in-process research and development expenses of $12.4M ,SCMR decided to discontinue the development of Eastern Research's OX8000 and BSG products & recorded asset impairment charges of $6.6M & $10.7M, respectively.
During the 4thQ, it reduced its workforce by 46, & recorded a restructuring charge of $1.5M which will be substantially paid by the 2ndQ of 2008.
In addition. It also expects to incur charges in the first half of 2008 related to facility consolidations.

During the 3rdQ of 2005, it accrued $10.3M associated with contingencies related to claims & litigation, as well as potential liabilities associated with various tax matters.

During the 4thQ of 2006,it increased this accrual by $6.8M, but based on ongoing negotiations and settlement discussions, it decreased this accrual by $2.2M in the 4thQ of 2007.

The stock has plenty of room to run, whenever an UT is definitely confirmed.( I have a small position to remind me of watching it.<g>)
