That's a great story. Obviously, you've treated your employees well and they think highly of the relationship. That's really what it should be about. I hate the union and their "you owe us, big time" attitude. Good for you!!

Know what else I have? My employee's. Every one of them crossed the line and came to work.

I think beer and pizza is where it's at for lunch.

I bet they wish they could work for you in a nonunion shop if they could.
