They actually did, foreign CBs SOLD some this week.
However, I expect there will be more
"foreign" inflows from the Caribbean carry trade centers,
for now. The dollar is up, they are ramping the carry trade.
This CB shift is a very serious development, though, if it's a
real LT shift.
