I wish you the best of luck with dumping the union. It's to your credit your guys would want out. It says you're treating them fairly and they respect that. I believe most employers are fair, but the unions bring out the worst in people. Employers and employees.

Just be careful not to be in a position where the union can claim that you encouraged the men to decertify. You don't want an unfair labor practices claim lodged against you.
