I'm sure your sons will be there when/if you need them. It's just something you do when you're called. I could never say "no" to any relative, and I had an aunt that tempted me. But, she was mom's sister, so I looked after her because mom expected me to. Then, to my total surprise, the aunt left my brother and me about $50k each. No one knew she had a dime.
