He's apparently expecting the decrease in size of the inhaler to drive a five fold or more increase in the size of the pie. That seems a big stretch to me, too. It might be more important that the current president of the American Association of Diabetes is stepping down soon. Will his replacement be as concerned about the antibodies, and consider it his job to talk people out of using pulmonary insulin (to paraphrase the current president)? Cheers, Tuck
