Don't disagree with you about capital preservation. My strategy is to take $ from stocks that haven't been whacked as much yet IF
the junior sector is going to be punished in the next while. SCM is already in bad shape. Volume have been low. Others have yet to get there. But if the market was moving up and SCM was dead money, I'd sell some and ride another horse. Mind you, I do have a lot of SCM and have bought at these prices.
