"Oh and PMI was up again today."

Well, it's better than plummeting on high volume, but, still, it was up because of ONE trade of 1000 shares. Which was it's one and only trade for the day, if I'm looking at my IB screen correctly.

Looking over the rare earth stuff again today, the two that have really caught my eye are NWI and GCU.

Might take the plunge Monday on one or the other, or both.

Errata on previous message.

I punched in the wrong ticker symbol on GCU. Punched in GCM instead, and it looks even better. They make mining software and is doing great. It's rated quite highly and is near a 52 week high.

I have some history with this. Disgusted by the tech boom in early 1999 (and losing a lot of dough), I punched in a wrong symbol and ended up with NPL "National Propane Partners". Had a "Hank Hill" chuckle, and it seemed reasonable so I put all my dough in it. Paid a healthy dividend, and propane prices were rising. It got bought out a month later. Doubled my money overnight and I was on my way.

Figured I could now stand a tech hit, so held my breath and rode a few...

The rest, as they say, is history.
