She deserves what she gets, just like any criminal who drives drunk putting others people's lives at risk, gets only probation and then violates probation (a second chance before jail), and then drives drunk getting caught twice more... what more does that idiot want? An engraved invitation? She should stay in jail and have her 45 days increased to 90 days... the so called sheriff should also be held in contempt of court and fined a stiff penalty with a warning that if he pulls a stunt like this again in the future that he will also spend 45 days in jail...
