Wayne, he is not as much of an embarrassment as, say, a Trent Lott or a Jesse Helms. He worked to end the Vietnam War, fought for health care and education. He has been very effective, which is the real reason right wingers hate him. He is certainly the dumbest of the 4 brothers, but, then, that is a pretty tough playing field. Because he knows he's not the brightest, he works twice as hard. And plays twice as hard.
