During the SGI bankruptcy hearings----------shareholders did file SEC complaints. I suggest that you start by requesting via freedom of information what action was taken by the SEC on these complaints. This may give you a base of stockholders to contact.

There were about 20 to 25 stockholders who filed oppostiion to the SGI "voluntary" Chapter 11 bk. during the hearings. Their names and addresses are available on the BSI site, if the file is still on line for SGI.

Shareholders are courted when companies go public. Later they are then treated like dirt when the company reaches its level of incompetence. That's when the firms like Alix Partners come in under the guise of reorganization--------a fancy name for bankruptcy.

Pm me and give me further details on what you propose to do.
