That covers public companies. Is she implying that private companies should be forced to divulge executive pay too?

Executive pay is in every 10k

I don't think Hillary was thinking of mere disclosure. She wants to chase down the populist vote that executive pay is somehow "unfair" to the rest of us. If they're making millions, they must be bilking the rest of us somehow, etc. Hence there needs to be more "scrutiny".
