So at what point, Searle, does the global village come to grips with the simple fact, all these missiles were built as employment programs by sick economic "super powers." We really haven't strayed much from the Hoover's WPA days post 30's depression of the last century.... Just the name of the "employment project" changed...that is all. Of course, I'd rather have dams and wind erosion massive hedge plantings programs, than nuclear warheads pointing at each other. Speaking of WPA era dams...the gigantic Hoover dam comes to mind--it is my understanding some of that concrete still hasn't cured solid...wonder if that is a metaphor. G_T
