"Wonder what happens if thousands of SI readers rush in to by IPSU all at once?"

Ummmm....SOTB sells the shares he bought last week...and then the players that already have the stock at 50+% short will appear and shear the sheep that SOTB sent them?

Just kidding.
That never happens at SI...lol.

If you want a sugar choice that doesn't suffer a company performance shadow, consider the ETF = DBA.
It is 25% each of corn, wheat, soy beans and sugar.

If you want 100% sugar then look at the ETF = SUGA on the London exchange.
etfsecurities.com

If you don't have LSE access with your account, then call your broker, or open an account with Interactive Brokers.
Having the LSE access would also be handy for all the other focused ETFs they have.

This site is handy (news, charts, etc) for those interested in sugar, corn, wheat, etc:

Commodities will fall soon, not rise, in my opinion. Look at the dollar...it's about to bust a move higher :)

PS.
Looks like Slider got the 2% spike today in IPSU...look at the volume...won't last.

You had me going there for a minute. I couldn't figure out how your response to my earlier post here ended up on a different forum. Then my brain came back on...lol.

Anyhow, did you check the performance today?
IPSU +2.01%
DBA +1.63%
SUGA +4.41%
...but the best was the IPSU warrants (IPSUW) at +5.81%.
I think the warrants are for 08/29/08 at 28.99.

RE: SUGA - I checked IB and saw the monthly fee for LSE data is only GBP 5.00, so about $10 USD.
The LSE hours are 07:00 - 15:30 (GMT), so that might be a strange adjustment for some traders.
