I do rotisserie birds on my gas grill and they are pretty hard to beat. I wouldn't own a gas grill without that attachment.

Now there's another one that I've lost my taste for - rotisserie chicken. Years ago, I did one of those a couple times a month. Of course, that was when the kids were home and there were 4 of us at the table. We could, and did, put away a whole chicken in one meal. I think my taste buds are giving out on me. gg
