Losing the Economy to Mythology

Interesting thoughts. So it is different this time........because of the 'world economy' and internet. Hmmm?

What about inflation though? If inflation is a result of the creation of money (okay and credit), why haven't we seen a corresponding increase in prices? And why the interest rate gap up the last several days?

Market is now watching TNX very closely. It failed on its first attempt to break 52.39(it hit 52.38 and dropped sharply to 52.15).Last closing high on TNX was 6/26/2006 with a close of 52.39.
Last intraday high was 52.45 when yield commenced a long down trend.
So a break of 52.45 without a trend reversal to down would be quite bearish for T-Bonds.
